The Types of Roofs We Work On:

  • Shingle Roofs  The most commonly used materials on the market today, they come in many textures and colors. They're made up of composition substrate or fiberglass. They should last 20-30 years, look good with little maintenance and are economical to repair compared to other materials.
  • Tile Roofs – Providing a level of fire safety and durability that other materials can't, these are made from concrete or clay. There's lots of colors and styles to choose from, for just about any design need. One of their main advantages is increased circulation of the air through your roof. Coupled with their insulating and sun reflective values, they can help reduce your energy bills. If you're doing an inspection, however, only have a licensed professional complete it, as the tiles can break if someone walks on them.
  • Modified Bitumen Roofs – A single ply membrane made up of asphalt and rubber. Its welded in place by using a fiberglass base sheet attached to the deck of the roof, then heating the modified bitumen with a torch. It works real well for high traffic areas. Its also very flexible, so it can be used for flashings or in built-up roofing systems.
  • Polyuretane Foam Roofs – Made from a combination of isocyanate and polyol, mixing the 2 components together and then spraying it onto the substrate, which makes it seamless and incredibly stable. It has an excellent lifespan, provides high insulation ability and is very easy to maintain and repair.
